Shipping & Returns

Send
Orders placed on the same day will be delivered within 1-2 business days at the latest. We depend on an external party for deliveries. Delays can occur. We try to be as transparent as possible about this.

Returns
With us, you may return the selected goods within fourteen (14) days after delivery of our product(s), without penalty and without giving reasons. As soon as we have received the products back, we will transfer the refund amount to you.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). This can be done at the following e-mail address: info@mrgreenlife.nl

Terms and Conditions
We have set the following conditions for the right of withdrawal.
We only accept the products under the right of return if the packaging and the product are returned to us in original, complete, undamaged and unused conditions. All accompanying documentation, samples, packaging materials etc. must be sent along in the return shipment.

Tinybrands is never liable for any damage, theft or loss of the product or packaging during return shipment. The costs of returning the products are for you. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.
